i was skeptical to purchase because of the price, i didnโ€™t want to spend that much on a product that potentially wouldnโ€™t work. my son has severe eczema so weโ€™ve tried loads of products including prescribed steroid/non steroid creams. Tubby Todd is the most hydrating of them all. donโ€™t get me wrong, his skin wasnโ€™t healed over night & his eczema isnโ€™t โ€œgoneโ€ but after a couple weeks of use his skin is healing & he is having less breakouts. i am so glad i gave Tubby Todd a chance.

Great cream, not so great price

My one year old has recently started to have eczema in these warmer months and I had heard good things about this ointment so I wanted to give it a try. I grew up with eczema and still have ongoing issues with it and didnโ€™t want her to have to go through the same thing. I also wanted to avoid steroid creams if at all possible so I went straight for โ€œthe big gunsโ€ and purchased this thinking โ€œoh it has to be the holy grail for this priceโ€. Donโ€™t get me wrong it is a decent eczema cream, but not for the price. You can find much cheaper creams that have the same results. I used this religiously with my daughter and it still did not clear up her eczema. Took her to her pediatrician and ultimately had to use a short term low dose topical steroid that cleared it right up. As far as daily maintenance use I will opt for a less expensive version next time.
