The tool they sent immediately broke and once you get the link out its nearly impossible to put the pin back correctly. Additionally I set both of the watches to the correct date/time and within 24 hours they were both incorrect. One was 5 minutes slow and the other was 2 minutes slow. The loose band makes it uncomfortable to wear given how heavy the watch is, not worth even the currently low price
