I just started taking these yesterday and I don't know if it's my imagination or not, but I have so much more energy today. My body was seriously lacking fruits and veggies for a very long time. I really hope this works and I will continue to get these for a few months to see if it is really making a difference. Good buy and made in the USA; a plus for sure! I will keep you posted.
