You will need to build each section of the frame that attaches to each wood panel FIRST, sit it on the wood and use a electric drill or driver to put the screws into the wood. Same goes for the wheel attachments - no holes drilled for these either. So if you are someone that can't even build a piece of IKEA furniture - this is NOT for you as this will require more skill and power tools.
