Collar stands up well. Shirt has sufficient length to tuck in too. Not super long though if you want to untuck with jeans. I'm 5'6 140#. I lift weights regularly and run. I'm right at 11.8-12.0% body fat. I typically wear a small in the amazon essentials slim fit t shirt. Those fit really well in size S. Check them out too if you have not yet. These polos XS fits equally well for my body type.
