Loved this book, really helped with my kids!
Format: Board book
This book is so helpful to give parents the language to talk through feelings with their kids! I have big feeling kids and often the social media scripts can feel awkward and forced. I love that this book helps me have that conversation while my kids are calm and enjoying the cute pictures. I really liked the other two books by Dr. Goodwin and this one is a great addition!

Perfect book with a strong research basis presented in an age-appropriate and fun way
Format: Board book
Fantastic, research-based book - I love the clear detailing of specific strategies (not just "use strategies" like other books often have) and it's written at a level that is easy to understand for a variety of ages. It's also pleasant to read as an adult, which you can't say about many didactic books like this. Illustrations are very cute. I can already tell this will be a powerful book in our arsenal!

Goodwinโs series continues to be one of my favorite parenting tools Iโve found. While my toddler loves the images and messaging, Goodwinโs applicable and usable tip list in the back of her books is the secret sauce that sets her apart. A must for caregivers of young children!
