I got this pillowcase for my husband because he is always hot at night and has trouble falling asleep because of it. It fits on a standard size pillowcase, and has a slight pocket end (not very much overlap, so it does come untucked during the night). My husband reports that this pillowcase is very cooling right when he goes to bed, but after a short while, it warms up and isn't really cool anymore. So if he doesn't fall asleep right away (and he usually doesn't), he has to flip it over. His head puts out a lot of heat at night though, so the pillowcase might stay cooler longer for others.
