Er ist elegant und mittkrftig am Gaumen. Die Se wird aufgefangen von einer schiefrigen Frische und Mineralitt. Durch seine Se harmoniert er sehr gut zu wrzigen, fast scharfen asiatischen Gerichten. Aber auch zu leichten Sspeisen oder Datteln im Speckmantel.
