Krftiges Strohgelb im Glas mit feiner Perlage, an der Nase sauberer Apfelduft, dessen Se an Gala oder Golden erinnert. Am Gaumen frisch, knackig und zgig mit feinem Zitrusaroma im Abgang. S'Pom schmeckt wunderbar als Aperitif, ist aber auch zu Salat oder Gemsegerichten sehr interessant.
