Da Yu Ling LishanDieser elegante Hochland Oolong stammt aus Taiwan . Er hat das fr den Tee vom Birnenberg typische, buttrig blumige Aroma. Daneben hat die Winterernte aber schlanke lngere Bltter und einen klareren fruchtigen, weniger pastsen, aber dennoch mundfllenden Geschmack, als die Frhjahrsernte. Ein feiner Tee der die Klte der frhen Wintertage vergessen lsst und an den Sptsommer erinnert.
