AUSBAU: Die Erstgrung wird unter kontrollierter Temperatur von 15C durchgefhrt. Im Frhjahr nach der Weinlese wird der Wein mit ausgewhlten Hefen abgefllt, die eine zweite Grung in der Flasche initiieren. Dann lagert der Wein rund 10 Monate auf der Flasche.
