Zero customer service, doesnโt keep time.
Color: 6633: Black band & black dial
Looks nice. Doesnโt work.
This watch does not keep time. Youโll be resetting it constantly, and every time you do, the poorly placed dials end up shifting the date too.
The design is impractical. The buttons and dials get bumped during normal, everyday use, which throws everything off again. The date display is also extremely hard to read, especially if you have even minor vision issues.
The glow feature? Never worked at all.
As for the warranty, donโt count on it. The seller is unreachable, and the listed phone number is out of service. I even purchased an extended warranty, only to find out itโs useless until the original 24-month warranty expires, which you canโt even use in the first place.
Bottom line: this is a good-looking piece of junk. Save your money.
