Die vier Rebsorten werden unterschiedlich vinifiziert: Der Malbec mit Kaltmazeration vor der Grung, die anderen drei traditionell. Merlot und Cabernet Sauvignon werden dann in Eichenfssern, die anderen im Edelstahl ausgebaut. Zusammen ergibt das die sowohl fruchtbetonte als auch wrzige Cuve.
