Diese stammen allesamt aus Japans ltestem Krutergarten Kaimon Sanroku in Ibusuki, unter ihnen Ho Blatt, Rosengeranie, Minze oder auch Zitronengras. Zudem finden sich Kagoshimas bekannteste Teesorte Chiran und Ibusukis populre Kito Yuzu. Der JIN7 ist eine schne Symbiose aus Zitrus und Kruternoten. Er wird mit 47% vol. abgefllt und ist dabei sehr mild.
