Refosk RedDieser Wein wurde aus der Refosk Traube hergestellt. Die entrappten Trauben wurden in einen offenen Grtank gegeben und durchliefen eine natrliche Vorkhlmazeration von 6 Tagen. Die spontane Grung erfolgte anschlieend. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Grung wurde der Wein 18 Tage lang auf den Schalen belassen und 24 Stunden nach Abschluss auf Fsser abgezogen. Es kamen ltere franzsische Eichenfsser mit einem Fassungsvermgen von 228 Litern zum Einsatz.
