It is a fragrance-free non greasy gel cleanser with a thin consistency. My family also uses the Thayers witch hazel, milky cleanser, and milky toner and they are all great. We have some sensitive skin types in our family and Thayers does well with sensitive skin types including this Ph balancing cleanser.
