Vinos En Voz Baja - 2023 Nace la Sierra DOCa2023 Nace La Sierra DOCa Der Spitzenwein aus der Einzellage Yasa de las Cuevas in Calahorra. Direkt hinter der Lage beginnt der mediterrane Wald aus Aleppo Pinien und damit die Sierra de los Agudos. Gemeinsam mit der Hhenlage sind das die mageblich khlenden Einflsse der Lage. Die Cuve besteht im Jahrgang 2023 zu 50 % aus Grenache, 30 % Tinta Valesco und 20 % Pasera. Ausgebaut wird der Wein im groen Holzfass um Purheit, Frucht und Eleganz zu wahren.
