I’ve owned several. I toss them about every 5 years because well I haven’t found a way to wash it and not ruin it. I used to buy it at bed bath & beyond before they closed. And it was the same price there. It’s not memory foam. It’s latex. So if you are allergic- buyer beware. But it has a nice little bouncy- ness to it. Which I love. Cradles my head & neck. It has a zippered cover on it you can remove & wash. This one seems to have a thin, protective permanent cover thing on it. I assume so you potentially can wash the pillow. May attempt that in a few months.

It is more toward soft and lets the head drift down close to the mattress level Over time, you may have neck problems. Time will tell. Update: It is great! My neck feels better and I sleep better.
