After 3 failed tumbler (it was transferring any purple) I realized the magenta ink ISNT SUBLIMATION INK. Wasted my money on the ink. Wasted several sublimation papers. Wasted 3 tumblers thinking I was going something wrong when in fact the company sold me non sublimation ink. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
