Bereits nach 6 Jahren wurde die Geschftsfhrung durch den damals 19 jhrigen Sohn, Sandro Bottega, nach dem Tod des Vaters bernommen. AUSBAU: Die Grung dauert 10 12 Tage unter kontrollierten Temperaturen von maximal 25 27C. Danach wird der Wein 12 Monate in groen Eichenholzfssern gelagert und anschlieend in Edelstahltanks
