Im Gegensatz zu unseren helleren Filterrstungen wird er deutlich dunkler gerstet bis ber den sogenannten Second Crack hinaus. Dabei entwickeln die Bohnen ein intensiveres Rstprofil, das sich besonders gut fr Siebtrgermaschinen eignet, aber auch in der Bialetti, im Espressokocher oder im Vollautomaten sehr gute Ergebnisse liefert.
