I love this mixer. I don't know how we got along before we had this. We have had this small hand mixer for 2 years, using it several times every day, day after day and it finally stopped working and I am ordering another one right now. I can't live without it. I make our bullet coffee with it. My wife makes her morning shake with it. I could go on and on but I need to get another one ordered right now.

The shaft is much thicker and is more securely positioned so I can't imagine it becoming tweaked off balance like my old one. And it comes with an extra mixer attachment! Easy to turn on and off with one hand, but I can imagine it being less easy than a simple push button for someone with decreased thumb dexterity or mobility. I do wish the lowest speed was slightly lower, but it hasn't caused any splashing or other detriment. The speed adjustment is very smooth and power is abundant. So in 1-2 years it will have paid for itself in battery costs alone. But there’s no price I can put on how enjoyable it is to use this super powerful, super smooth, high quality, wand frother.
