Côtes du Rhône Rouge Cuvée César 2020Warum wir ihn lieben? Der rote Csar von Vincent Rochette besteht zu 100 % aus Grenache. Die 80 bis 100 Jahre alten Reben stehen in den Coteaux Versant Nord in einem drei Hektar groen Weinberg, der von Lehm und Kalk im Unterboden sowie von alluvialem Schwemmland und Kies im Oberboden geprgt ist. Der Ertrag liegt bei etwa 35 hl pro Hektar. Der Wein wird spontan vergoren und reift ber zwlf Monate in 50 Hektoliter Fudern aus Tronais Eiche. Schmeckt nach
