My previous Casio has gotten pretty beat up. So I wanted another Casio without spending a lot. I also need it do have both day and date. A metal band is a must. I sweat a lot and leather doesn’t last. The band needs to adjust perfectly to my relatively thin wrist. First, I like the style of the face - simple and easy to read. The watch isn’t real fancy which is fine with me. The band took a bit of adjusting and came out perfectly. It’s not too heavy and retains good accuracy. Can’t beat the price. Only thing I wish it had was 24 hour sub-dial instead of elapsed minutes. I think it’s a great value and a nice looking everyday watch.

The watch could stand to be improved by by making the Hands larger and by making them luminous. The watch is very comfortable to wear . It may be a little large for a small wrist but it’s not gigantic. I haven’t checked the accuracy but it appears that the watch doesn’t lose or gain time.

Ive had two versions of this watch, the leather strap version and this metal version. The only weak point on my old watch was the leather strap. This thing is simple, elegant, and practical, couldn't really ask more from a watch. It holds up pretty well and doesn't scratch too easily (if you have a labor intensive job you might want a glass protector).
