Die hauchdnnen Kristalle, in Form kleiner Flocken und Pyramiden, sind das Ergebnis englischer Salzsiedekunst. Vor der endgltigen Trocknung wird es nochmals gewaschen. Das begegehrte Salz kommt von der sdenglischen Nordseekste. Es ist naturbelassen, im Geschmack sehr zart und mild und bildet diese charakteristische, pyramidenfrmige Kristalle.
