Der Gaumen ist vollmundig mit einem fleischigen, herzhaften Charakter, vielen seidigen Tanninen, welche eine sagenhafte Struktur und eine ausgleichende natrliche Sure verleihen. Der Abgang ist frisch, lang und geschmeidig. Dieser Wein wird am besten bei 16 bis 18 C serviert.
