Alle Parzellen werden in reiner Handarbeit bewirtschaftet. Der Wein ist eine Cuve der 3 Schieferarten im Winninger Uhlen. Die einzelnen Parzellen werden getrennt im groen Holz und Edelstahl ausgebaut. Nach 10 Monaten werden die Fsser im Sommer cuvetiert. Die Weine aus den einzelnen Bodentypen schmecken extrem unterschiedlich

I ordered then immediately reordered as I ate the whole bag in one day. Yes, I've been starved of this kind of product... I so don't care for beef sticks and American jerky... in my mind meat shouldn't taste like candy (So nasty) and this is zero sugar and 100% delicious. I overdid it by eating the whole bag in one day but I couldn't help it. If any complaint, I think it could have had a little more salt, although I don't know if salt is in the recipe at all, but it was very tasty and dry yet soft to chew, a little fatty but I liked that, and over all the quality seems high, both of the product and the packaging. I'm a satisfied customer and repeat buyer. I went on to try their biltong slices and chunks and those were very yummy too.
