I just rescued a dog from the shelter. She is super sweet and playful but she loves to chew her toys so I needed to buy her ones more durable to play with. This toy caught my eye but I was concerned that it might be too large for my small 7 pound terrier mix. After receiving it, I really loved the colors and the way it looked and my dog loves playing with it. Everything about it is great except that within a few weeks of playing with it, she already managed to make a small tear in it. This little guy is so freaking cute and is very well made. The squeak is loud but not overly so, and the construction is really sturdy. Itis stuffed well enough it can be thrown for an impromptu game of fetch. I imagine, if you are a dog, it would be fun to chew on all the different tentacles and drag all over the place. I ordered it as a gift for my brother's pit bull, in the full knowledge it wouldn't survive the holidays, but hoping. Sadly, when it arrived it was so small! So I did what you do in these situations: I initiated a return, stating my issue in the appropriate place To my utter shock, an hour later I had been issued a full refund with the reason they listed being they had sent me the wrong item. I do not even have to send the toy back! I didn't ask for this; it didn't occur to me to even consider it. They just did it on their own. Which is why, despite the item I received being too small, made me want to run over here and leave a great review To make sure the toy finds a loving home with a little woofer, we'll be donating it to one of the smaller local shelters. I'm sure it will be very happy with its new family
