Lovely Throw, But Falls Short of Luxurious
I really like this two-sided throw, with its plush fur-like material on one side and silky velveteen on the other. The texture is warm and silky, and the color complements my sofa beautifully. However, while it’s a nice blanket, it doesn’t quite measure up to the same size throw I bought a month ago from a local German “here today, gone tomorrow” store. That European snuggle bundle, priced at a single Benjamin, has my entire family stealing it from one another.
This throw could benefit from being a bit heavier, with a loftier fur side and thicker velvet to feel more luxurious—especially at twice the cost of the blanket we all love. ( black Friday/cyber Monday dropped it eight dollars) Without any discounts, the price feels inflated for what it is. It’s still a lovely addition to my home, but it falls short of five stars even at the discount price on the day of this review.
