The description does say, "For gentlemanly dogs, it is more durable and can be used with light chewing," and "it's not indestructible dog toy." Our dog can play with one of the duck/platypus plush toys ("best seller") for months until the fabric wears through. Our expectation of more than 3 minutes from package opening to the floor being covered with stuffing was too high.
