Pros-- Makes nice froth and warms the milk. Both froth settings produce the same kind of froth. it's relatively easy to clean-- usually just a strong rinse will do. It does fine in the dishwasher too. The noise level isn't bad. Cons--it takes between five and six minutes to froth milk. It is very slow. I can froth latte art milk on my espresso maker in less than a minute, by comparison. The forth it produces is too thick to make any kind of latte art.

Admittedly, I'm writing this after making only one latte, but it was almost perfect! The milk was hot enough, but not too hot. The froth on my half & half was luxurious. It was super easy to use and select the what I want. I love the glass pitcher and being able to see my half & half as it heats and foams up. The only thing that isn't perfect, and I didn't take any off on my stars for, is that the frother is plastic. I'm striving for a plastic-free life and this Milk Frother and Steamer is very close to that, but heating plastic releases nanoparticles into the contents. I may have to buy another one, since it seems that there is no spare pitcher available to buy. Two pitchers would be very handy.
