PCA Bulk Cement - Rugby Cement - Pack 5Built by CFMF of France for wagon leasing company STS (later VTG), the 50 PCA bulk cement wagons of the PC017B design diagram began entering service in 1982. A further batch of 15 wagons was manufactured in 1985 by another French firm, Fauvet Girel, and assigned the PC017C design code. Companies such as Blue Circle and Rugby Cement have leased these vehicles during their time in traffic.

Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.
